By requesting or receiving services from Prestige Junk Removal, you agree to the terms below.

Quotes & pricing

Phone and online estimates are preliminary. Final pricing is confirmed on site before any items are loaded, based on volume and labor. Once you approve the on-site quote, that price stands for the scope described — no fuel surcharges or added disposal fees.

Scheduling

Same-day and next-day availability is offered subject to crew capacity and weather. We'll contact you if a window needs to change. Please provide safe access to the items, including gate codes, parking and elevator reservations where applicable.

Prohibited items

We cannot transport hazardous materials, including solvents, paint thinner, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, and flammable or explosive liquids. If such items are discovered on site, they will be excluded from the load.

Customer responsibility

Please confirm that everything marked for removal is intended for disposal. Once items are loaded and hauled, they cannot be retrieved. Inspect the area before our crew departs.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are made in writing for commercial or contractor accounts.
